Panther Industrial Products Ltd Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons

Panther Industrial Products Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in securities of the company. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. The trading window will be closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board meeting for the consideration and declaration of these results will be intimated in due course.
