Rose Merc Ltd has submitted a resubmission to rectify an inadvertent clerical error in their earlier submission regarding the forfeiture of lapsed warrants. The total number of warrants mentioned earlier as 8,64,268 has been corrected to 6,39,768 with no change in the total forfeiture amount of ₹3,30,17,550. The updated annexure reflecting the corrected number of warrants is enclosed. This resubmission is treated as compliance under the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
