Qualitek Labs Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window till 48 hours after Q4 and FY26 Results

Qualitek Labs Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the securities of the company from April 1, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. All Designated Persons and their immediate relatives have been advised not to trade in the securities of the company during this period. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the Audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
