SER Industries Ltd Closes Trading Window Until 48 Hours After Q4, FY26 Results

SER Industries Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives, as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure will be effective from 1st April 2026 and will continue till 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026. All designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the securities of the company during this period. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026 will be intimated separately.
