Suvidhaa Infoserve Limited, formerly known as Suvidhaa Infoserve Pvt. Ltd., with CIN No. L72900GJ2007PLC109642 and GSTIN 27AAKCS9448K1ZJ, has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons. The closure will be in effect from April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges. The decision is in accordance with the applicable Regulations of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading & Code of Fair Disclosure. The date of the Board Meeting to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026 along with the Audit Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company will be intimated in due course.
