Gautam Gems Ltd has disclosed under Regulation 31(4) of SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011 that the promoters, Mr. Gautam Sheth, have not made any encumbrance of shares, directly or indirectly, during the financial year 2025-2026. This disclosure was made in compliance with the provisions of Regulation 31(4) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The disclosure was received from Mr. Gautam Sheth, Promoter of the Company, on behalf of the Members of the Promoter and Promoter Group of Gautam Gems Limited, along with PAC.
