Marico Ltd Announces Intra-Group Restructuring with Zed Lifestyle Private Limited

Marico Ltd, a renowned company, has announced an intra-group restructuring involving the integration of Zed Lifestyle Private Limited's business. Zed, a wholly owned subsidiary, will be voluntarily liquidated and its entire business undertaking will be distributed to the Company on a going concern basis. This decision follows the approval of the board of directors and shareholders of Zed, subject to approval by the creditors and other requisite statutory and regulatory approvals. The liquidation of Zed is expected to commence on April 1, 2026, if consent from creditors is received.
