Enkei Wheels Appoints Dinesh Sarnaik as New CFO

Enkei Wheels (India) Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Dinesh Sarnaik as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP). The appointment, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, was approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held today. Mr. Sarnaik will assume his role effective from April 11, 2026. He replaces Mr. Kunal Sudhir Dhoke, who resigned on January 13, 2026. Mr. Sarnaik is a Chartered Accountant with approximately 18 years of experience in finance, taxation, treasury, compliance management, and reporting, having worked with both multinational and listed organizations.
