Hipolin Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for its designated persons, including directors, identified employees, KMPs, promoters, and promoter group, as well as their immediate relatives and connected persons. The closure will commence from 1st April, 2026, and will remain in effect until two days after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. The date of the board meeting for the result declaration will be shared in due course.
