Bridge Securities Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for purchasing, selling, or dealing in the company's equity shares. The closure is effective from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration and publication of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2026. This decision is in accordance with Clause 4 of Schedule B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and the company's Code of Practices, Procedure and Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders.
