Solar Industries India Ltd Appoints Shri Kirit Ramesh Kamdar as Additional Independent Director

Solar Industries India Ltd has appointed Shri Kirit Ramesh Kamdar as an Additional Director (Independent Director; Category: Non-Executive) for a term of 5 years, effective from April 01, 2026. Mr. Kamdar is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost & Management Accountant with around 35+ years of experience in Tax advisory and Financial Management. He was previously associated with a member firm of Ernst & Young from the year 2008 till 2023 and specializes in corporate tax, litigation and direct tax advisory across industries. He is a member of the Bombay Chartered Accountants Society’s Direct Tax Committee and has strong expertise in audit support, corporate governance, risk assessment and corporate advisory. Mr. Kamdar is not related to any of the Directors of the Company and is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order passed by SEBI or any other such authority.
