Agio Paper & Industries Ltd: Trading Window Closed Until 48 Hours After Board Meeting for Q1 2026 Results

Agio Paper & Industries Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from April 01, 2026 until 48 hours after the Board Meeting where the approval of the Audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ending March 31, 2026, will be considered. The closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct. The date of the Board meeting will be informed separately. The trading window will reopen after 48 hours of the declaration of financial results for every quarter, as per the clarification issued in 2019.
