Ashiana Fincap Private Limited has acquired 2,50,000 equity shares of Ashiana Ispat Limited on 28-03-2026 and 2000 equity shares on 30-03-2026. This acquisition represents 3.16% of the total issued and paid-up equity share capital of Ashiana Ispat Limited. The acquisition was made from an off-market transaction.
