Trading Window Closed for Nam Securities Ltd Until After Q1 2026 Results

Nam Securities Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated directors, officers, employees, and their immediate relatives from Wednesday, April 01, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and BSE Circular LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on March 31, 2026, are approved by the Board of Directors and made available at the website of the stock exchanges. The date of the Board of Directors' meeting will be informed in due course.
