Concord Enviro Systems Ltd has received annual disclosures from Promoter and Promoter Group entities pursuant to Regulation 31(4) and 31(5) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The Promoter and Promoter Group hold 1,06,44,280 Equity Shares, which is 51.43% of the Paid-up Capital of the Company as of March 31, 2026. None of the Promoter and Promoter Group Shareholding in the Company have been encumbered directly or indirectly as of the same date.
