Suryoday Small Finance Bank Appoints Aniket Vishwas Sapre as Chief Products Officer & Head Customer Experience

Suryoday Small Finance Bank Ltd. has appointed Mr. Aniket Vishwas Sapre as Chief Products Officer & Head Customer Experience, effective from April 07, 2026. Mr. Sapre has over 20 years of experience in retail banking and product management, having worked with leading institutions such as Fino Payments Bank, AU Small Finance Bank, Axis Bank, YES Bank, and ICICI Bank. He has also had a previous stint with Suryoday Small Finance Bank for approximately 3 years. This appointment is in accordance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, and SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026.
