President of India through MNRE Holds 71.76% Shares in IREDA as of March 31, 2026, No Share Encumbrance in FY 2025-26

According to the disclosure under Regulation 31(4) of SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011, the President of India, acting through the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), holds 71.76% (2,01,58,23,529 shares) of Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Ltd (IREDA) as of March 31, 2026. During the financial year 2025-26, neither the promoter nor any persons acting in concert have made any encumbrance of shares, directly or indirectly, in IREDA's shares. This disclosure was submitted to both stock exchanges via email dated April 1, 2026.
