ACC Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window from April 01, 2026

ACC Ltd, in accordance with SEBI PIT Regulations, has announced the closure of the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the company. The closure will be effective from April 01, 2026, and will remain in force until 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2026. The date for the upcoming Board Meeting for the declaration of the Audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
