Alembic Pharmaceuticals Re-appoints Pranav Amin as Managing Director for 5 Years

Alembic Pharmaceuticals Ltd. has announced the re-appointment of Mr. Pranav Amin as Managing Director for a period of 5 years, effective from 1st April, 2026. The decision was approved at the 15th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 5th August, 2025. Mr. Amin, who is currently heading the International Business of the Company, has been instrumental in driving the Company's growth in the pharmaceutical sector. He is the son of Mr. Chirayu Amin, the Chairman of the Company.
