Bank of India Announces Change in Senior Management Assignment

Bank of India has informed the Exchange about a change in the assignment of its Senior Management. The Vice-President of the Listing Department at BSE Ltd. and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. have been notified about the changes. The changes involve the redesignation of Shri Satyendra Singh from CGM — CTO to CGM — CIO and Shri Ashutosh Mishra from GM — CFTO & Data Analytics to GM — IT & CTO.
