ARCL Organics Ltd Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading until 48 hours after Q4 Results in 2026

ARCL Organics Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for directors, designated persons, KMP, and their immediate relatives from 1st April 2026 until 48 hours after the publication of the audited financial results for the year ended 31st March 2026. This decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, and the clarification from BSE dated April 02, 2019. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the audited financial results for the 4th quarter and year ended 31st March 2026. The date of the board meeting to approve the financial results will be informed in due course.
