Ganga Papers India Ltd Promoters Declare No Encumbrance Over Shares in FY 2025-26

Ganga Papers India Ltd promoters, including Amit Ramesh Chaudhary, Sandeep Kanoria, Sanjay Kanoria, Ganga Pulp and Papers Private Limited, and RAS Polytex Private Limited, have declared that they did not make any encumbrance over the shares held by them, directly or indirectly, during the financial year 2025-26. This declaration was made in accordance with Regulation 31(4) and 31(5) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
