JSL Overseas Holding Ltd, a promoter group company of Jindal Stainless Ltd, has acquired 434,303 equity shares, representing 0.05% of the total share capital, from the open market. This acquisition was made in two tranches on 25th and 27th March 2026. Post-acquisition, JSL Overseas Holding Ltd holds 17.12% of the total share capital of Jindal Stainless Ltd.
