Emami Realty Promoters Raise Stake to 73.42% via Warrant Conversion

Emami Realty Ltd's promoter group, comprising Suraj Finvest Private Limited and Diwakar Finvest Private Limited, has increased its shareholding in the company. This was achieved through the conversion of 82,00,000 warrants into an equivalent number of equity shares, pursuant to a preferential allotment. Prior to this acquisition, the promoter group held 68.4497% of the company's voting capital. Following the conversion, their total shareholding has risen to 73.4217%. The total equity share capital of Emami Realty increased from 4,38,33,889 equity shares (₹8,76,67,778) to 5,20,33,889 equity shares (₹10,40,67,778) after the allotment. This disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
