Suncity Synthetics Ltd. Approves Alteration of Main Object Clause and Modifies EGM Notice

In a recent board meeting held on 06 April 2026, Suncity Synthetics Ltd. approved the alteration of the main object clause of its Memorandum of Association. The board decided to insert Clause 111 (A) (2) and Clause 111 (A) (3) after existing Clause 111 (A) (1). This alteration is subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Extra-Ordinary General Meeting. The board meeting also resulted in the modification of the notice for the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting, which was earlier dated 20th March 2026.
