Arix Capital Ltd Acquires 1.50% Additional Stake in Jupiter Infomedia Ltd

Arix Capital Ltd, along with Ms. Kajal Baldha and Mr. Gopal Baldha, have acquired an additional 1.50% stake in Jupiter Infomedia Ltd. The acquisition was made through a Share Purchase Agreement dated 9th April 2025. The total voting rights of Arix Capital Ltd after the acquisition stands at 51.93%. The acquisition was made pursuant to a Share Purchase Agreement dated 9th April 2025. The total equity share capital and total voting capital of Jupiter Infomedia Ltd remains unchanged at Rs. 10,02,00,000 divided into 1,00,20,000 equity shares of Re. 10/- each, both before and after the acquisition.
