Kaushik Daga Family Trust Acquires 7.49% Stake in Orbit Exports Ltd

According to a disclosure made under Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, Kaushik Daga Family Trust has acquired a 7.49% stake in Orbit Exports Ltd. The acquisition was made by Kaushik Daga Family Trust and Sushila Daga, who are promoters/promoter group of the company. The acquisition was made on March 27, 2026. Before the acquisition, Kaushik Daga Family Trust and Sushila Daga held 3.01% and 4.47% stake in the company respectively. Post-acquisition, their combined stake stands at 7.49%. The acquisition was made through off-market inter-se transfer.
