Trading Window Closure for Audited Financial Results at Advent Hotels International Ltd

Advent Hotels International Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all designated persons, connected persons, and their immediate relatives. This closure is in accordance with the company's 'Code of Fair Disclosures and Code of Conduct' and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure is effective from 1st April, 2026, and is for the consideration of the Audited Financial Results for the 4th quarter and year ending on 31st March, 2026.
