Rachit Prints Ltd has announced the closure of trading windows for the half year ending on 31st March, 2026. The closure will commence from 1st April, 2026 and will remain in effect for 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter/half year. The date of the Board of Directors' meeting to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter/half year ended 31st March, 2026 is yet to be announced.
