The agenda includes considering and taking note of the resignation of Ms. Arti Ankitkumar Singh from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. Additionally, the Board will consider and approve the appointment of Ms. Bhumi Sagar Mehta as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
