INDO SMC Ltd: Appointment of Mr. Arpankumar Patel as Additional Director, Resignation of Mr. Chintan Umeshbhai Bhatt

INDO SMC Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Arpankumar Patel as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent) for a period of 5 years, subject to shareholder approval. The appointment was made at the Board of Directors meeting held on 7th April, 2026. Mr. Patel holds an MBA in International Marketing & Finance and a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree. He has rich experience in various fields including Project Management, Corporate Governance, and Stakeholder Management. The Board also noted the resignation of Mr. Chintan Umeshbhai Bhatt as Director (Non-Executive, Independent) with effect from the closure of business hours of 6th April, 2026. Mr. Bhatt resigned due to his inability to devote sufficient time and attention to the affairs of the Company.
