KPT Industries Promoter Sells Partial Holding Without Pre-clearance

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, KPT Industries Ltd. has informed that one of the promoters, Mrs. Nirmala Dilip Kulkarni, has sold their partial holding without informing the Company or obtaining pre-clearance under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations) 2015. The sale of 25,359 equity shares came to the knowledge of the Company on 7th April 2026. As a result, Foreign Promoters Mrs. Nirmala Dilip Kulkarni and Mr. Dilip Arvind Kulkarni do not hold any Equity Shares under the Promoter Category in KPT Industries Ltd.
