Pankaj Pruthu Desai Acquires 23,82,354 Shares of Desco Infratech Ltd. via Inter-se Transfer

Pankaj Pruthu Desai, a member of the promoter group of Desco Infratech Ltd., has disclosed the acquisition of 23,82,354 equity shares of the company under Regulation 29(1) & 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The shares were acquired by way of inter-se transfer between immediate relatives by way of gift. This acquisition increases Pankaj Pruthu Desai's holding to 31.04% from the previous 0.20%.
