Clinitech Laboratory Ltd Changes Market Maker to Kalpalabdhi Financials Private Limited

Clinitech Laboratory Ltd has announced a change in its market maker from SVCM Securities Private Limited to Kalpalabdhi Financials Private Limited, effective from April 10, 2026. This change is due to the discontinuation of the existing market maker, SVCM Securities Private Limited, as a result of its internal restructuring. A tripartite agreement has been executed between the company, Inventure Merchant Banker Services Private Limited (Lead Manager), and Kalpalabdhi Financials Private Limited (Market Maker). The necessary applications to SEBI and the stock exchange will be made within the prescribed time limit to update/intimate the change in market maker.
