Union Bank of India Announces Elevation of Three General Managers to Chief General Manager

In a recent development, Union Bank of India has announced the elevation of three General Managers to the post of Chief General Manager. The elevation is in accordance with Regulation 30 and 51 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The three individuals who have been elevated are Shri K Pramod Kumar Reddy, Shri Sumit Srivastava, and Shri Dhirendra Jain. Shri K Pramod Kumar Reddy, who is currently on deputation (APGB), has a Postgraduate degree in Agriculture and over 28 years of experience in the Bank. Shri Sumit Srivastava, who is currently in Ecosystem Banking, CO, has a Master’s in Business Administration and over 21 years of experience in the Bank. Lastly, Shri Dhirendra Jain, who is currently in Finance and accounts, CO, has a Postgraduate degree in commerce and is a Chartered Accountant from ICAI, New Delhi with over 16 years of experience in the Bank.
