DOMS Industries Ltd Acquires Additional 13.0% Stake in Subsidiary Pioneer Stationery Private Limited

DOMS Industries Ltd, in a recent development, has completed the acquisition of an additional 13.0% stake in its subsidiary, Pioneer Stationery Private Limited. The company purchased the remaining 3,900 Equity Shares from certain existing shareholders of Pioneer for a total consideration of ₹ 5,53,80,000. This transaction has increased DOMS Industries' shareholding in Pioneer to 64.0% from the previous 57.5% of its total paid-up Equity Share capital. The transaction was completed on March 31, 2026.
