Rama Phosphates Ltd Reappoints Mr. Ratneshwar Prasad as Independent Director for Second Term

Rama Phosphates Ltd has announced the reappointment of Mr. Ratneshwar Prasad as an Independent Director for a second term of 5 consecutive years, commencing from May 30, 2026 to May 29, 2031. The reappointment was approved by the members of the company through a postal ballot and remote e-voting process. Mr. Prasad, with a distinguished career in taxation, law, competition law and international taxation, joined the Indian Revenue Service (IRS) in 1970 and retired as Chairman of Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) in 2008. He then joined the Competition Commission of India (CCI) as a founding member. No directors are related to Mr. Prasad and he is not debarred from holding the office of Director by any SEBI Order or Order of any such authority.
