Gallantt Ispat Ltd Appoints Mr. Dindayal Jalan as Whole-time Director and Mr. Atul Kumar Gupta as Independent Director

Gallantt Ispat Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Dindayal Jalan as an Additional and Whole-time Director and Mr. Atul Kumar Gupta as an Additional Director to be regarded as Non-Executive Independent Director. The appointments are effective from April 01, 2026, subject to approval of the members of the Company in the ensuing General Meeting. Mr. Dindayal Jalan is a Chartered Accountant with over 4 decades of experience in large-scale metals and mining businesses, while Mr. Atul Kumar Gupta has served as the Chief Secretary to the Government of Uttar Pradesh and has worked in different capacities in various sectors in the State Government.
