Madhu Agrawal Transfers Shares Worth 8.44% of Gallantt Ispat Limited to Gallantt Trust

Madhu Agrawal has transferred 20,174,917 equity shares of Gallantt Ispat Limited to Gallantt Trust through an off-market transaction. This transfer is in accordance with the SEBI Order dated March 20, 2026, granting exemption from complying with Regulation 3(1) and 4 of SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011. The transaction took place on March 31, 2026, and the total equity shares of Gallantt Ispat Limited stand at 24,12,80,945 post the transaction.
