KD Leisures Ltd. Approves Q3 Financial Results for FY2025-26

KD Leisures Ltd. announced its standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December 2025. The meeting was held at the corporate office in Ludhiana, Punjab. The Board approved the financial results, which were prepared in accordance with the Indian Accounting Standards 34 (Ind AS 34) and other accounting principles generally accepted in India. The review report, prepared by GAV & Associates Chartered Accountants, stated that the review was conducted in accordance with the Standard on Review Engagement (SRE) 2410. However, there were concerns regarding the non-compliance with the Income Tax Act, 1961, and the non-filing of Income Tax Returns for assessment years 2021-22 onwards.
