Source Natural Foods Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons Until 48 Hours After Q4 Results

Source Natural Foods and Herbal Supplements Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their relatives, effective from April 1, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2026. This decision is in accordance with Clause 4 of Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading. All designated persons have been informed not to deal in the Equity Shares of the Company during the stated period as per the Code.
