Mizzen Ventures Ltd: Hitesh Natwarlal Kawa Acquires 3.68% Stake

According to a disclosure made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, Hitesh Natwarlal Kawa has acquired a 3.68% stake in Mizzen Ventures Ltd. The acquisition also includes Roopal Hitesh Kawa, who is considered a Person Acting in Concert (PAC) with the acquirer. The total equity shares capital of the company before the acquisition was Rs. 21,18,50,000 divided into 2,11,85,000 shares of Rs. 10 each. Post-acquisition, the equity shares capital of the company has increased to Rs. 21,99,50,000 divided into 2,19,95,000 shares of Rs. 10 each. The total diluted share/voting capital of the TC after the acquisition is Rs. 21,99,50,000 divided into 2,19,95,000 shares of Rs. 10 each.
