Arcee Industries Promoter Gupta Declares Unencumbered Share Holdings in Regulation 31(4) Disclosure

As on March 31, 2026, Ramesh Chander Gupta, Promoter of Arcee Industries Ltd, has disclosed that the entire promoter’s holdings of 24.58% Equity Shares, consisting of co-promoter’s and PACs shareholdings and his shareholdings, have not been encumbered directly or indirectly during the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This disclosure was made under Regulation 31(4) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
