Independent Director, Mrs. Ruchi Ghanashyam, Resigns from Lake Shore Realty Ltd.

Mrs. Ruchi Ghanashyam has tendered her resignation as an Independent Director of Lake Shore Realty Ltd. (formerly Mahaan Foods Limited) with effect from the close of business hours on 1st April, 2026. The resignation is due to her pre-occupation in other engagements. She also ceases to be a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration committee, and Stakeholder relationship committee of the Company. The resignation will be considered for acceptance in the upcoming Board Meeting.
