Sophia Traexpo Ltd Closes Trading Window for Q4 FY2025-2026

Sophia Traexpo Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the fourth quarter and financial year ending 31st March 2026. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct. The trading window will remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from 1st April 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results. The date of the Board Meeting to approve and consider the audited financial results will be intimated in due course.
