Radha Madhav Corporation Ltd Cancels Existing Capital, Reducing Shares to 6,82,185

Radha Madhav Corporation Ltd has cancelled its existing capital as of September 29, 2022, following the approval of the Resolution Plan by the Hon'ble NCLT Ahmedabad Bench. The number of shares has been reduced from 9,12,95,775 to 6,82,185, which are yet to be listed and dematerialized. The old promoter shareholding has become NIL, and new shares have been allotted on several dates. The company has filed Corporate Action Forms with NSDL and CDSL and submitted a listing application to NSE and BSE for approval of the reduction in share capital. Once approved, the old promoters’ shareholding will automatically become NIL.
