Megri Soft Ltd Closes Trading Window for Directors, Promoters, and Designated Persons

Megri Soft Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report. The closure is effective from Wednesday, 1st April 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of the Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
