Ashoka Buildcon Extends Completion Date of SPVs Sale to June 30, 2026

Ashoka Buildcon Ltd. has announced an extension of the expected date of completion for the sale of its stake in Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) up to June 30, 2026. This extension is for the SPVs where the construction works are complete, as agreed upon with the proposed investor. The remaining SPVs will follow thereafter in accordance with their respective transaction documents. This update comes after the company's previous announcement of entering into share purchase agreements with Epic Concesiones 2 Private Limited, Infrastructure Yield Plus II, and Infrastructure Yield Plus IIA for the sale of the entire share capital and management control of the SPVs.
