Mauria Udyog Ltd: Re-Appointment of Managing Director, Revision in Salary of Whole-time Director, and Appointment of Internal Auditor

Mauria Udyog Ltd announced that the Board of Directors, in their meeting held on April 01, 2026, have transacted several businesses. The Board, on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, considered and approved the re-appointment of Mr. Navneet Kumar Sureka as the Managing Director for a fresh term of Five Years w.e.f. 01-04-2026. The Board also approved the revision in salary of Mrs. Deepa Sureka, the Whole-time director of the company w.e.f. 01-04-2026 for the remaining period of her tenure. Furthermore, the Board approved the appointment of M/s NTKPMJ & Associates sChartered Accountants, Faridabad, as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27.
