Padmanaban Krishnamoorthy Acquires 2,00,00,000 Equity Shares of Genesis IBRC India Limited Through Preferential Issue

According to a disclosure made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, Padmanaban Krishnamoorthy has acquired 2,00,00,000 equity shares of CCME GLOBAL LIMITED (formerly known as Genesis IBRC India Limited) through a preferential issue. This acquisition amounts to 44.20% of the total share/voting capital and 44.20% of the total diluted share/voting capital of the company. The total share capital of the company after the acquisition stands at INR 45,25,00,000 comprising of 4,52,50,000 fully paid equity shares of INR 10 each. The acquisition took place on March 26, 2026.
